I believe every person has the capacity to heal and grow, and to experience a life filled with hope and meaning. Lasting change is rooted in genuine connection, and my role as a counselor is to provide a warm, authentic, non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your experiences and goals. Together, we will uncover patterns and apply evidence-based tools, allowing you to move toward a freer, fuller life aligned with your values.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of walking with others through seasons of anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, and I continue to be inspired by their courage and resilience. I approach each client with curiosity and compassion, honoring your unique story.
Reaching out takes bravery, and you do not have to do this alone. My hope is that our work together fosters healing, growth, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
I am currently practicing under the supervision of Missy Terrell.
