Taking the first step into therapy can feel scary, but I can provide a safe, welcoming space for you to share your story and begin your healing journey. I have compassion for your struggles because I’ve spent three decades walking alongside people in nonprofit organizations. My passion is helping those who become stuck in their lives.
I've supported clients healing from past trauma, exploring attachment issues, finding their voice, and setting goals for their future. I've worked with young adults through mid-life and beyond who are navigating life transitions. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health challenges using research-backed approaches from a psychodynamic perspective. We will collaborate to find the right path and approach to reach your goals as I journey with you.
I look forward to developing a strong relationship with each client. I believe in exploring the whole person, including culture, spirituality, relationships, and understanding each unique life story.
