Rachel Brehm, LMHC
I believe healing starts with genuine connection, and it’s an honor to be part of that process with you. My passion is helping people discover a fuller, more meaningful life, and I’m committed to walking alongside you every step of the way. With evidence-based tools and a compassionate approach, we’ll create a nurturing space for you to explore your values, hopes, and goals at your own pace. My intention is to always meet you exactly where you are and empower you to experience more freedom, presence and joy in your life.
My background includes work in a variety of settings, including the foster care system, child welfare, and group practices. These experiences have deeply shaped my approach and continue to inspire my passion for supporting others. Clinically, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and adults on concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family relationships, boundary setting, life transitions, and various other mental health challenges.
You don’t have to walk through life alone. It takes courage to reach out, and I look forward to hearing from you and working together!
