Rachel Brehm, MHC-LP
I believe that healing begins with genuine connection. My passion lies in helping individuals uncover a more abundant life, and I’m committed to walking alongside you on this journey. Together, we will create a nurturing space where you can openly explore your values and goals. Using evidence-based techniques, I’ll support you in navigating your unique path toward fulfillment. Our work will be a true partnership, as I meet you exactly where you are. My ultimate hope is for you to experience the freedom and joy of living fully in your own life.
I have experience working in many settings including the foster care system, child welfare and group practices. These experiences have shaped my approach to counseling and continue to fuel my passion for helping others. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults concentrating on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, broken family relationships, boundary setting, life transitions, and various other mental health challenges.
In my free time I enjoy being with friends and family, exploring new places, going on walks (preferably with a coffee in hand!), and being outside in the sunshine.
