How often should I come to therapy?
My goal is to help you experience change and transformation. Most clients benefit greatly by coming to therapy on a weekly basis, However, during our first few sessions we can discuss what works best for your schedule, finances, and therapeutic goals.
How long are people generally in therapy?
There is no easy way to answer this question as everyone comes in with different needs and goals. Let’s work together to figure out what is most beneficial to you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Should you need to cancel your appointment, I require 48 hours notice in order not to be charged the full session fee.
Do you take insurance?
I don’t currently take insurance, but you will want to check with your insurance carrier to see if they cover out-of-network psychotherapy. Should they cover your fee in part or in full, I will be happy to provide you with the paperwork you may need, upon request.
What type of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, cash or check, as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
